Hey guys, Just want to note that I would never take my car to a dealership for maintenance as I am comfortable enough to work on my car regarding these jobs, and if I did need to fix anything major I would rather prefer a independent shop. Nonetheless, I took my car here as part of a warranty job. Which resulted in being pleasantly surprised as the service advisor was really informative and walked me through the process! Something got messed up when I tried to book my appointment in the app. When I showed up, there was no evidence of my appointment. But thankfully, they were able to get me in anyways. They’re not the most warm and friendly upon arriving, but they do greet you quickly and get you taken care of and on your way. For this last visit in particular, thankfully I wasn’t told that 1 million things are wrong with my car like they normally do every time I come in for my oil change. I purchased a service plan for 5 years when I purchased my Toyota Sienna. Every single time I’ve gone in for an oil change they overfill my oil and it affects my MPG from 35 to 23. They have told me that they won’t be able to help me and it will always be overfilled because they use a machine. How about use your eyes and check the dipstick when you’re done. I just got a text that I have service scheduled that I NEVER SCHEDULED! They automatically schedule oil changes without your permission for you! And I clicked the link to cancel and there is no where to cancel! I responded to the text to cancel and no one responded back. This is absolutely ridiculous and obnoxious. I’m never going here again, any company that pulls this garbage obviously doesn’t care about customers, just care about money. BTW they scheduled it during the week when I work too. How rude!!!!
Shady service center. They will add hidden charges and/or add additional items without your permission or even letting you know. They are extremely overpriced and will lie through their teeth to take your money. They made me get an unwanted transmission fluid flush that costed $270 and added additives that I didn't ask for and that Toyota recommends not to add. I even got my brake fluid flushed and there was zero improvement in braking. I'm not even sure if the technician actually flushed all four calipers. The manager is ... read more
