Cam was great, he’s was very communicative and on top of answering the questions.I am not sure if they were techs or not but quite a few of the employees looked very unprofessional and were missing teeth. One even came up to my vehicle while I was dropping it off and was laughing because I miss understood when they said pull forward. He looked very sloppy and had 1 tooth in the front. I bought my first Toyota at Camelback Toyota. My family has bought several cars from this dealership. We bring our cars there for service. Lately I feel you are not looking out for the customer. Especially adding the 3% fee if using a credit card. That cost should NOT be placed on your customer. Also I feel there is a big push for your advisors to push additional services. My trust for this dealership has started to waiver. I still want the work on my vehicle to be done by a certified Toyota technician but it makes it diffic... read more
