I was impressed with Michelle's knowledge. She wrote down what i previously purchased and dates as well as informed me about prepay oil changes which I didn't know about.

I needed to drop my car off earlier than my appointment time and they didn't mind at all. The communication was very easy through text and email. They were very thorough with my car inspection and the wait time.

I was pleased with the excellent service. My only comment to Robert was I was surprised that it took nearly 4 hours to complete the service.

I had agood experience with Lee and my most recent service. However, my previous experience with "Frank" was horrible. I was hesitant about returning to get my car serviced, I returned because of the warranty. But, I was pleased with the service I received from Lee.

I like getting their discount advertising BUT don’t like the consistency of the UPSELL for services especially when I have instructed the service tech of what I wanted! It’s a waste of MY time and yours!!!
