Transparent, comfortable shopping experience My wife and I were thinking of replacing our 2009 Honda CR-V with a new car, but we were not in a hurry to do so. Great experience overall. Joey was great in used sales. My only complaint is the forced add on of the paint and interior protection. If someone wants to add that then they should be able to, but they should also be able to remove it if they don't want it.
