PARKING PROBLEM PARKING IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM, AFTER MY APPOINTMENT WAS APPROACHING 1 1/2 HRS I BEGAN WONDERING WOULD I BE OUT BEFORE 2 HRS. TO NO RISK GETTING A TICKET I HAD TO MOVE MY CAR. THE ACTUAL DENTAL WORK WAS OK, I WAS ANXIOUS ANTICIPATING DISCOMFORT, BUT THERE WASN'T ANY.
Very kind staff I thought I wasn't going to make my appointment today because I had no one to look after my granddaughter. I called the office to reschedule the appointment but after I told the receptionist my dilemma she told me to bring her with me that she would be looked after. I was kind of leary because it takes her a while to be comfortable with new people but she didn't cry one time while she was there. The office staff was very kind to my granddaughter. The staff is always professional.
I appreciated how painlessly the anesthetic was administered and how quickly and without notice (no frozen cheek)it faded It was a very long sit in the chair (3 hours)and while I know that Dr. C is well-trained and very confident, I had the feeling that the assistant was learning on me. As a former principal, I realize that that is necessary, yet I gather that contributed to the length of time I was in the chair. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied with the service/treatment.
Went in to get my temp crown put back on. It's 2 days later and it came off again. This is not good.
It would be a 5 if it weren't a dentist appointment that I was rating.
I waited over a half hour after my appointment time before I was brought to the back room. The dental work done on me (cavity filled) was done quickly and efficiently once I was back there. Overall, my appointment lasted over an hour (from the time it was SUPPOSED to start), but I was actually being worked on only about 20 minutes at most. The cost was over $80, which seems expensive for having to sit and wait in a waiting room, and then just 20 minutes of work.
