The reason for my 3 out of 5 stars is this...I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early and as I walk to the desk to check in, no one is around. I hear no one anywhere and then I look ahead and see a person sleeping in a chair, covered up with her jacket! I look around in shock and don't know what to do. So I wait a minute or so and then I just sit down and wait. The phone rang a few times, which I thought would wake this person up, but she didn't even budge!! this was supposed to be the final visit for an implant but the final product was said to be defective and another visit is needed
