Verified Renter I am the Patriate tenant here at Campus Courts since 1987. I lived at 5419 Ste. 3A for14 years and presently at 5417, Ste. 2A for 21 years. I have seen the Management Co. change 4 times. I love living here, the security, up keep and communication is top nautch. The surrounding neighborhood has remained as it did when I first move here. You feel very secured having a gated courtyard.

Its okay… I rented a studio and it was okay for the time being but not somewhere I could stay for years to come. The apartments have no sound proofing at all. You hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. The building was well maintained though and the management team was great. I lived there for 1 year but decided to move elsewhere. I would recommend their studios for a college student or someone who is on the go often.

Verified Renter I have lived at 5417 S. Harper Ste. 2A for 20 Years and 12 years at 5419 Ste. #3A. I love this building and the area. This property has had four management companies over this establishment. Management has always been friendly and timely in seeing to any requests or concerns. In recent years, Danio has always taken care of any concerns that I have had regarding maintenance. He is friendly, does excellent work and is very timely. Thank you. Gregory A Lee.
