Verified Renter The hallways always smell bad like spoiled food, the radiators are loud, and the floors creak loudly when walking around but everything else is nice. My apartment itself was clean and smelled great at move in. Management was very professional and helpful with the application process and move-in. The laundry room is always clean and I love the location being right in to the heart of Hyde Park.
Such a great apartment! I just recently moved into the Campus Court apartments and I love it! The building is older but nicely kept and the units are updated. The staff is friendly and the common areas are kept very clean. It's about .7 miles from UChicago which is very convenient to me, and within step of good shopping and good food.
Lovin it! I have lived in this unit for 4 years...It is a studio apartment, and i love it! Tlc Management is a very efficient, organized company who takes pride in their buildings...they always try to please their tenants!! My unit had some minor issues when i moved in, but after letting management know about them, they did their very best to fix them
Perfect location Walking distance to Lake Michigan, beaches, Promontory Point, MSI, University of Chicago, grocery stores, Farmer markets and more! Restaurants, movie theater, parks, and Metra are nothing more than a hop, skip and a jump away. Its a great, safe neighborhood with lots to offer and this apartment building is clean and comfortable with great neighbors. I have been her 2 years with no plans of moving anytime soon unless I relocate out of Chicago altogether. Love it!
DO NOT LIVE HERE Hi, I’m a current resident of campus court apartments. I’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s been nothing but a horrible experience. This building is very old and has a ton of issues. Since living here I’ve had over 20 work orders for my place. Since moving in August of 2024 I’ve had a fire from a faulty oven, very bad mice issues, handles breaking, paint chipping, water leaking from the ceiling, black mold forming in my windows, bug issues and more.There’s is a huge pest problem is this apartment.
