Terrible service. They cancelled my appointment and then never rescheduled. Never responded back to my inquiries in a timely, if at at manner. Tried to give them many chances but I’ve heard little to nothing and they still haven’t rebooked with me. I do NOT recommend. Very disappointed.
RecommendedIt is very unfortunate as I was very excited to get my BBQ cleaned by Canadian BBQ Boys. I also got a quote to change a part. Unfortunately the team that was sent to my place did not have the tools to be able to replace the part. The cleaning team told me I would get a call from the manager concerning this. Please return my calls ASAP. Have the boys return. There is black dirt all over my stone counter tops that needs to be cleaned right away or will permanently damage. I have emailed, text, and left voice messages
Came home to this “cleaning” from the bbq All labels are now peeling off my bbq also. DO NOT USE Canadian bbq!!!!
They cancelled less than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment to have two BBQ’s cleaned. Meanwhile, they have clauses charging for cancellation fees if you do it to them! There are many similar companies offering better service. I do not recommend this company.
Save your money!! Job was not done to my satisfaction and they had to come and clean again. I was told they could get a grease stain out on my bbq door and they could not get it out. They chalked it up to a miscommunication. NEVER again!!🤬
Had hi expectations when hired these guys. The techs caused damage to the bbq and didn’t bother to tell us. When we contacted company they told us damage was already there. Which it was not. No integrity! It is now going to cost more to fix then it did to clean Do not use these guys as they obviously don’t stand behind their service
Very poor service - the guys were there for a little under 2 hours although everywhere in our order & confirmation emails, it is boasted that the appointment is 3 hours long. The bbq looks not much different than before and I could have saved $395.50!!!! and done the basic cleaning myself. It still looks just as dirty as before. Very deceitful Territory Manager and poor service in Ottawa! Had the Territory Manager and another team member come to clean my bbq. My appointment was in the afternoon and they showed up in the morning. Fortunately, I was home. They only used light strokes while cleaning the bbq, no elbow grease at all. As a result, the interior of the bbq didn’t look much different after they were finished than it did before they started.
