Service was underwhelming for the cost. Purchased as a fathers gift for my hubby who said “never again”. Residual cleaning product left in bbq, guess we are giving it a thorough once over to make sure all the cleaning product has been removed.
Incredibly disappointed. I told them my Weber wasn’t working so had a technician come in for 100$ to tell me it wasn’t working. When I asked for the quote to fix they sent me part numbers for the flavour bars and the grills. Even if I replaced those it still wouldn’t be operational. I requested a proper quote and never heard back. Do not recommend sadly. The technician was pleasant and masked which was great.
I completed an online referral on a Monday no response . Called 2 days later left a vm . No call back called again no call back . Sent an e-mail received a call back . I was told the phone systems were down for over a week and a new online request was being created. It’s September and I was told the business was closing for the season ?? Would never recommend this company !!
Extremely disappointed for $200! I have to say it hurts me to write this review, but I feel like I was hustled by Canadian BBQ boys, even after reading other reviews. Was it because I wasn’t home when they came? Not sure? I found out about them on social media and wanted to support a good Canadian company of young entrepreneurs. Make an online reservation and received confirmation of the date and time window they would be at my home. Day of the appointment, they didn't show up, and no email or phone call explaining why.
