For Christmas we decided to give our son, daughter in law and three grandchildren a Disney Cruise vacation. Lyn was key in setting everything up, from the air travel, ground transfers, pre cruise hotel accommodations, and every little detail in between. I am writing this review for Patricia Ford. She is exceptional travel agent. She goes the extra mile to make sure your travel experience is memorable. I have referred her to my family and friends. And that is why I keep coming back to her for my vacation travels. She plans for all big and little things. She called the resort that I stayed and surprised me and my granddaugther with birthday banners and cake at our room. Definitely get five star service from Patty. She treats you like family from day one.
