We did a family vacation in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and our agent Patty planned everything perfectly. She forwarded our request for a room with an ocean and Mountain View. It was beautiful. We had a great trip. Our daughter was celebrating her birthday and one day she returned from the pool to find a bunch of balloons in her room. Patty also recommended we use a private shuttle to and from the resort. They were waiting for us as soon as we walked out the airport door. Jill did a wonderful job planning our annual friends trip. Its been a while since we all have traveled out of the country so she did a great job ensuring everything was taken care of.
