Thanks for looking after Boo this weekend, you were awesome. I especially love that you were so good with keeping us updated on Boo's condition.
Canberra Vet has the most caring and compassionate staff I have ever been to. My boy Ricko passed away last week and the care was above and beyond. The following day we received a dozen yellow roses which followed by a card signed by all the staff. Sadly I don have any more pets left to be taken care of but we highly recommend this vet hospital. I've never really liked visiting the vets. I've tried telling my mummy this by singing loudly and and pretending I'm a pancake on the floor each time I'm there. Now that I'm an old girl she insists on bringing me to see you twice a year! I don't know what I'm scared of though because whenever I'm there you humans are all super duper nice to me and always give me treats after I let you poke and prod me. Hey guys! I just wanted to write you a little review in regards to your brilliant service and how I found you guys. I found you guys originally by location, I tried Gungahlin vets and a couple others too. But I found that you guys have always been super lovely, the cheapest, and very attentive (always sending reminders ect) and you guys sent my puppy Harley (American staffy) a first birthday card! Alicia's one-on-one training sessions have been amazing for our new rescue dog, Floyd. After only two sessions, he is much more calm and relaxed (and so are we!) and he is walking well on the lead. Alicia has a practical, consistent approach that dogs respond to and owners can learn and apply straight away. Thank you Alicia!
