Very unprofessional. When losing a pet it is hard enough. Trying to get the cremation place of their choice not the clients. The client had already chosen and was upset, you persisted to change their mind.
My pet was injected with the wrong medication (nasal drops) and now has to undergo a course of antibiotics and blood tests to determine permanent injury. The vet failed to meet professional standards for care by mixing up medication and as result my perfectly healthy dog is now sicker as result of the vets incompetence. She now has a golf ball size lump in between her shoulder blades. The head vet was dismissive of my concern and insinuated I should be grateful the antibiotics were not going to cost me!

Overly expensive...... vets did not warn about % of my cat passing for a dental and the vet found it funny that i was concerned. I walked out after being told to sign a waiver! 😡 I immediately called my old vet in the snowy and he straight away told me he could do it cheaper and without the risks (not putting my cat under) Also telling me that it is not necessary to do his teeth because chicken wings etc will clean them for him!
