Great location. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Met expectations for the price point.
Reception staff very helpful and calm even under stress. Excelente service from Chocolate gentlemen and Moira. Caucasian guy with dark hair kind smile :-)
Very friendly staff. Great location. Comparably quiet rooms. But the rooms are a little outdated and the pans and pots could be exchanged.
Loved the location. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Staff was also very friendly and helpful!
We were told the hotel had parking availability. We found out, upon arrival, it was a valet service at a hefty rate with no in and out option. Only one elevator working most of the time, very slow, and a long wait. Only six people allowed at a time, and there were lots of people waiting in a long line. We will not be going back to this hotel.
