Gli ultimi due giorni di soggiorno c’è stato un intervento su uno dei due ascensori presenti in Hotel di conseguenza diventava veramente complicato salire e scendere dalle camere circa 15 minuti di attesa volta ho parlato con il personale della reception e hanno provveduto a fare un piccolo sconto
Good location, good service. Front desk employees are all very nice. Comfortable room. Good kitchen.

The lock to my room had to be rekeyed before I could get in and thankfully, the engineer came quickly to do that, but only one working elevator made it take longer because the wait for the elevator was often 10+ minutes. Also, the day I checked out, the elevator was constantly full when I finally came to my floor, so I walked 13 floors lugging my bags and then the clerk was not at the hotel and I had to wait again. It took me 30 minutes to check out of the hotel.
Overall a good deal and the room was nice. There were challenges with the elevator which created long waits. Definitely not ideal but they did their best.
Convenient to multi-modal transportation.
The hotel was clean however the size of the room was unexpected. In addition for the amount paid, would have been nice to get more than 4 channels. In addition called the front desk multiple times for towels was absolutely ridiculous. I probably wouldn’t recommend ti others.
