The hotel staff was superb, Especially Polanco, who kept me informed by text about all policies and the late arrival of my roommate. The rooms were clean and well-stocked. The kitchenette was supplied with all the necessary items for our 2-day stay. Including coffee. All in all, yes, a perfect stay. I plan on making this our regular stay in NYC.
