We had a nice stay and plan to come back and stay longer! The only issue was the freezer was very loud and kept us up at night.
Clean room w/Lots of room for NY, city view, stove, microwave, refrigerator with sufficient amount of cooking and eating supplies.
Location of this hotel was convenient for us during our first trip to NYC. We found it was good walking distance to most places, which made our trip enjoyable. Appreciated the complimentary coffee, providing a great start to each day! Will definitely stay again if we come back to NYC!
This place is a diamond hidden in a big hey stack! So many options of hotels but this place is ideal for a quick weekend in the city. Definitely highly recommend, everyone here was polite and kind. Smooth experience!
Bom atendimento, mas sem serviço de camareira Quarto aconchegante, otimo atendimento da recepção, excelente localização, mas nao tem servico de camareira. Informaram que esse serviço era feito apenas 1 x na semana, fiquei 8 dias e ainda assim nao teve nenhum serviço, mas quando solicitei que retirasem o lixo ou solicitei papel higiênico, retiraram e trouxeram sem problemas, mas apenas isso. Infelizmente o quarto e o banheiro ficaram sujos.
Ubicación magnifica, la habitacion con todo lo necesario. Desde la ventana puedes ver el Empire State. Merece la pena, lugar muy recomendable
Perfect location for Times Square and transport links. On one day one of the two lifts broke and the other one had to be manually operated by the staff, so there was a bit of a queue in the lobby. However I would definitely visit again, the rooms are a generous size, although at 6ft the bath was a bit small for me 😂 Ideal place to wind down after a day exploring.
