Staff was nice. Room was quiet. Only problem was our booking showed a couch in our room- there was no couch. Overall, great place to stay.
Incredible value for money for our particular stay. Small kitchenette and free self service laundry added even better value. Front desk staff were VERY helpful and friendly

This is an affordable hotel in the middle of Times Square. Love the location and cleanliness.
Laura was wonderful, helping us with luggage without any charge,Very convenient for bus travel, right next to Port Authority and plenty of eateries. We will use this hotel again.
