Perfect location
Love the area but we booked a room with a queen bed. We got a full mattress instead. Paper thin walls and surfaces inside the hotel room that had not been cleaned are bring this rating down.
Front desk: Efan: GREAT Kenneth: TERRIBLE & RUDE, a petty martinette, he should not be in customer service-no talent for that. Hipanic lady: ok, but not too interested.

Water refill in the lobby could be more frequent.
Clean nice but not without hiccups. We were on the street side so if you have hard time sleeping ask for none street side room. The heat even after turned down to 68 was very hot in room. We had trouble sleeping first night. 2nd night we decided to turn off heat and use fan to drown out street noise. Slept much better. Bed was fine for me but my sister said it was too hard for her. The only complaint was darker room curtains would have allowed for better sleep. Location was good walked everywhere rate was reasonable and the staff was the best part
Great hotel It was an amazing experience with an awesome location to Times Square and subway all other places. Stuff were friendly and helpful. Everyday complimentary coffee, tea etc! Room was very nice and clean and comes with full size fridge, dinnerware and utensils! We were happy and satisfied! P.S the only downside was curtains didn’t shut all the way
