First of all, the location is excellent. It’s close to Times Square, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly, and their quick responses ensured a stress-free stay. The room is somewhat dated, but it was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, cups, and plates, which made it very convenient. Since it’s New York during this season, the high price could be considered a downside.
Just OK Good location. Front desk staff were helpful, but room was very musty; AC/heating unit fan ran continuously, even when it shouldn't have; No cleaning service (including towels) for the 3-night visit (every 7 days unless you request something of desk).
