El personal muy atento y servicial, el lugar limpio y con todos los servicios en la habitación para poder preparar tus propios alimentos.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. The process of checking in and checking out was swift and simple. The hotel was in an area accessible to Times Square, drug stores, restaurants, and public transportation. I appreciated the guest gift bag. For the price, location, and amenities I recommend this hotel to others. I didn't like that the shower drain was backed up in the bathroom.
Pleasantly surprised, spacious, clean, cozy room. The plumbing in the shower room is not one of the best, elevators were not all in use. But the service of the staff was pleasant, the location is excellent, and definitely appropriate for the price.
Free iced coffee and water was a nice bonus. Great price, clean rooms, good staff.
One of the elevators was broken for almost enter 5 day stay No room key worked more than once.
Noisy at night but it was a great location.
Very happy with our stay here. Perfect location. Clean. Quiet. Highly recommend.
