Great check in staff Friendly staff, easy to get into room. Great ac, would stay here again. Ideal location to Javits events; or Hells Kitchen area.
Would stay again Front desk and check in was easy and smooth. It’s not the newest but you get exactly what you pay for. Clean and tidy. They’re a little slow when requesting extra towels, etc but it all worked out. Most posts complaining about it not being the newest and nicest don’t want to pay for that luxury so just enjoy and appreciate what you paid for and being so close to time square
Although it’s not the fanciest hotel on the outside or inside, when I walked in, the front desk worker was extremely kind. When I was able to check into my room, I was actually blown away! It was so cute and cozy like a studio apartment. There was a medium sized refrigerator, sink, stove, dishwasher, microwave and cabinets. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The view was even really nice! Looks are deceiving! Definitely check out this hotel! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Broadway Hub Great location for Broadway / Times Square. House keeping only once a week is a bit rough.
