Stay was about what we expected. The only issues I would have to say we had. would be the one front desk's personnel, Roberto. He would not address or even appear to care regarding any issues or requests we had, He barely looked up from his keyboard and computer terminal in his attempt to answer our questions and issues. He would pretend to hear you, then proceed to totally ignore anything we said and return to his screen. We had a plumbing in the room which was addressed by the staff. The property needs some upgrading as it is showing its age.
Bed a little smaller than expected (equivalent to uk double). Aircon a bit dated so was loud (other rooms had updated units). Also as not there the full week we did not have the room ckeaned/fresh towels during the 6 day stay. One lift was not working for first few days so longer waits for the lift on occasion. But room was also clean and adequately equipped (though could have done with bedside table on both sides of the bed). Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only down fall on this property was I booked two rooms which we hoped to be close in floors. Out room was great on the 3rd floor but the 2nd room I booked for the Burke’s was on the 11th floor the room was very Dark, fridge and microwave did not work and bathroom door would not close.
Great location by everything in Times Square. The hotel was very clean
Location, Location, Location Great location. Close to Times Square and public transportation. Would stay here again. There was only one elevator working during our stay which was somewhat inconvenient.
I chose this place because of kitchen but the microwave was broken the entire time - believe I deserve a discount. Property is a little tired but clean. Shower curtain kept returning to middle getting water on floor. Most of staff were very nice (especially Eduardo) and made copies for me. Location was good but didn’t feel safe to go out at night alone.
Hotel tres bien place pour départ pour visite de tout Manhattan. Gare de pen station à 20 minutes max à pied. Ligne de métro pas loin. Time Square à 15 minutes. Séjour correct à l’hotel. Super pratique le petite kitchenette pour se faire un petit repas le soir et les petits déjeuners le matin. Le lave vaisselle est démesurément grand par rapport à la vaisselle qu’on utilise . Super également le lave linge gratuit au sous sol. Belle salle de gym bien équipée.
