Nice hotel and a spacious room for what you expect in New York. Walkable distance to Times Square and Hudson Yards.

Super pleasnt staff. Lots of small extras like water, coffee, hot chocolate and small treats. So convenient to mid and uptown, as well as to transportation downtown. Nice little kitchenette area. Huge TV. Elevator broke down a lot. A few small maintenance updates needed but overall a very good hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish however that when I called to request more paper towel in the room, that the staff would bring it within the hour and not hours later. Enjoyed having the kitchenette. Would have liked to have a few more dishes/cutlery to avoid having to run the dishwasher so often!

Liked the kitchenette-could make a good breakfast Bathroom was a little small Not all lights lit up in elevator- building showing age Liked early check in was available Bed was comfortable Location was great close to Hell’s Kitchen and times square

42st.の駅から近いことが最大の魅力です。 ニューヨーク中、どこに行くにも便利。 また部屋にキッチンがあることがとてもよかった。 部屋の広さも快適でした。 フロントにある軽食や飲み物もありがたかったです。 次回ニューヨークを訪れたときも、このホテルを利用しようと思っています。
