I don’t recommend a business with a “director” like this... that’s cruel... Can’t behave towards people who actively depend on cannabis products to manage their Lupus. So I deserve to die from Covid... great... The “director” doesn’t believe in mask and medical science, how the hell are they able to promote and sell these products?!
Firstly, Cannabidiol Life has an excellent inventory—quality products & good selection. The people I've interfaced with have generally been kind & helpful. My experience with their wholesale & labeling process, however, ended in a despicable manner with the owner/president, Christopher Visser hanging up on me after a very heated follow-up discussion. I used to order from here, but then they changed their product. It wasn't working the same as before. When I emailed them about it they didn't seem to care about my opinion or too concerned about it. Now I unfortunately have to find a new company.
I wish they would respond to my 6 emails, 1 phone call, 3 Facebook messages, and 3 Instagram messages. They are definitely lacking customer service.
I have been trying to contact y'all regarding my commission payouts. I have sent several emails, left a voicemail, and sent an instagram message. I reached the $100 minimum MONTHS ago. Can someone please let me know what is going on?
The products are great. So I wish I wasn’t having to write a poor review but it has to be said. Hands down the worst customer service/ business set up! First of all every time I try to use my “10% coupon” it says it worked but when I get the invoice email it’s never applied! But here’s my biggest issue.
