I ordered the sample pack of gummies for my daughter and she loves them. When I finally had enough to order a whole pack, I placed my order but got no PayPal invoice... (that happened the first time too)... got an email that they saved my cart so I can pay... so obviously I’m getting their emails. Called on Saturday to let them know I didn’t get an invoice. No response. Called Monday morning and also emailed. Got an email back on Tuesday saying they had been trying to contact me and to check my spam. I own a business... read more

I ordered my products May 14th. I never received them. My card was charged. I mad multiple attempts to contact them. I left multiple voicemails. I never heard from them. I finally am disputing the charge with my credit card. I was really looking forward to receiving and trying these products.
I haven’t ordered yet. But the negative reviews have me worried. And they don’t answer FB messenger questions which worries me also. Their products are a little expensive but if if they’ll help with pain I’d gladly pay it. But not if their customer service sux. Been ripped off by other FB purchases,not looking to lose more $$$.

Horrible lack of customer service. Was told my free items would be mailed 10+ days ago and now no one replies
No relief for my nerve pain. I used the gummies-they where delicious. Nothing overwhelming. I'm still struggling to get around. We paid for 3-5 day shipping and they weren't even sent out until the following Monday according to tracking. I can't say I would buy again. Unsure why so many people are saying this works. I'm frustrated by people who rated 5 stars before ordering.
While I like the gummies, customer service is lacking. I’ve sent 3 messages: 2 emails two weeks apart, 1 FB message, oh and a FB post. That’s 4 attempts to contact them with no response. I got an ema saying if I do a review, I will get a coupon code for my next order. I did the review, no code. Been trying to contact them since (2 weeks). As of now, I recommend the cbdeez gummies but not the company.
