My Experience with Canyon Storage is and has been their Great Customer Service, Cleanliness and Great Storage Rates. This is my second time I have used Canyon Storage. Thats why they are the number one choice in Storage.

I do not recommend using this storage facility. My significant other has been a loyal customer since March of 2019 never missed a payment or been late. This location took it upon themselves to charge the credit card on file an u authorized amount of 250.00. This was not my rental fee. The charge was identified as an oil spill. I was aware of the spill and I took care of the clean up within the time frame they requested. It was cleaned up with appropriate cleaner and rinsed off with water thoroughly. I've been with this storage company for about two years now. It's clean, equipment is provided for moving heavy items and the lighting inside the storage building is good. The owners are nice and they were very kind to me as they gave me a break in my monthly rent. I am a senior and this helped tremendously. The location is perfect for me and I really like our manager in our office.

For myself I have not been struggling in my line of work but I'm sure all the people that are really do appreciate you raising your prices during a pandemic. That alone should show you that they have no heart no matter what the corporate office responds or replies back with. I understand they said if I get renters insurance my rates will go back down by a small amount but the only reason why they're asking for this is because their corporation only cares about the bottom line and not about the people themselves. The manager of this location was rude and started cussing at me and called me out he wanted to fight me in front of my nine year old daughter this is the worst way I was ever been treated in my life.

During the COVID issues right now, I would expect face to face interaction would be safer . The employee working there doesn't wear a mask when interacting with me. This is a concern since we are less than 6' apart when I am present my payment and receiving my receipt.
