Branch manager(I think) Shawn is an ass hole. Had me sit and wait for 15 minutes, didn't follow up to see if I was taken care of and I had to take care of it myself.
I banked here my first year at the University of Utah and I would not recommend any freshman in college to do the same. Although they advocate how easy it is for a college student to bank with them, I have learned they make it more difficult. With continual changing policies and the unwillingness to help, I decided to check out what Chase has to offer and I immediately moved banks. I love the university federal credit union but that app is making me very frustrated today. The check deposit feature only has worked for me maybe 3 of 20 times. Please fix it!
