Had an appointment first time there and still took two hours. Took my dog back for a shot this Wednesday and these people are not nice. Find another vet

Dismissed my dog in an emergency and said they had too many other animals to worry about so mine was not important. No referral no comment on care needed. Not a single care given to him bc he’s not already a patient. Well definitely won’t have to worry about any of my pets being patients there and I’ll make sure your complete disregard lack of empathy is well known any chance I get. I’m utterly disgusted by this place…

We, like most of the United States, are now experiencing a shortage of Veterinarians. On the day your pet was found and brought to us, we only had one veterinarian that was in the middle of an extensive surgery. As our staff told the person that picked up your pet, we advised to seek medical care as soon as possible.

This entire hospital is a scam. I made an appointment to put a chip in my dog and get my cat fixed, I showed up and they have no recollection of scheduling a surgery and I gotta come back after making a separate appt. the chip for the dog was 35-40ish dollars after tax. I come back to drop my cat off for her appt two weeks later and as I’m dropping her off I asked them how much it would be.
