Staff is very sweet & helpful. It's just the waiting I don't like. U spend all morning or afternoon. Maybe u should not book so many peeps in one days time.
I sat there for ober two hours for my sons appointment and finally got to the room for the doctor and thats when they tell me he gad an emergency and had to walk a patient to the hospital across the street and that there was still another person in the room next to me that was b4 me and i said yall could tell me this while we were waiting in the waitimg room i could have been rescheduled and went home
Eye surgery (both eyes) was a flop.. Eyes worse now than before...a waste of money, my time and suffering.....
Wait times are unacceptable for working folks, who have to take time off from work. First of all, they were unable to offer me any appt times around my work schedule. Then, when I took leave from work and arrived for my appt today, I had not been called back within an hour of my appt time. There were several patients in front of me waiting to be seen by the OD yet, so it would likely have been another 30 minutes to 1 hour before I was actually seen. Been waiting over a month (seen on 3/24/2016) for a MRI referral to be sent correctly to a provider that offers sedation as my daughter is 3 and REQUIRES sedation. Calling every 2-3 days over a month and still nothing. Atrocious to say the least.
The wait is wayyyy to long. Our appointment was 330. Its 5 now and still haven't seen the doctor. If the appointment was for me would have walked out by now.
Dr. Krempecki is a nice doctor and thorough, but no one appointment should take over 2 1/2 hours. My appt. was for 8:30, I arrived 15 minutes early, and after being shuttled thru various points, I finally left about 11:00. I believe that the patient's time could be better spent if procedures were done simultaneously (one after the other) without having to wait in between. My time is just as important, and shouldn't have to spend it waiting. No other doctor appts. that I've had require over 2 1/2 hours. Maybe too many appts. ... read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. I do not claim to be an eye doctor or know much about it but I have been wearing contacts for over 12 years now. Never have I ever walked out of an eye exam in my life in contacts that are blurry and I can barely read road signs on my drive home with. Not to mention the fact that when I checked out, I was in complete tears. I told the doctor and his assistant that it was blurry and their response was to give it time.... ummmmm. REALLY a 9:05 appt and its 10:44 and we are still waiting so glad this is not eye dr. Hope I can get my Grandmother to change dr.'s
