Did a great job installing my windows
The sales process was detailed with good follow-up but there is definitely overpromising and underdelivering with Capital. Communication was not great unless they were looking for payment. We went weeks without hearing anything about the start of our job. The various departments (sales, scheduling, project management) did not seem to have a consistent understanding of the project which did not fill us with confidence.
