Yes, my brother lived in California and needed to move in with us; he needed a walk in shower rather than a tub which was in the house, we called Capital, Tom Murphy, the sales rep came to the house, spoke with my husband and me and spoke via telephone with my brother and between the four of us, we came up with a plan for how the shower would look.
It was a pretty high price point and I've already needed them to come back for some repairs.
This is a good company. They give you a good quality job; they said one day and they did it in one day! I am satisfied with that. They keep their word.

Salesperson was knowledgeable, not pushy and helpful. Men who came to install shower arrived on time, were courteous ( patient with my active dog), neat, finished in a timely manner and did a beautiful job. There was a problem with the seat, but manager resolved it to my satisfaction.
