I was satisfied with all areas. The way I was treated and the guy, Shawn, that came out, he was on point with explanations and everything. He kept his word, so if he said he would be there at 8 he was on time.
Jude and Louise Watters were very helpful in communicating with us. Jude answered follow-up questions and gave an informative summary of the work that was done. I really enjoyed dealing with everyone at Capital.
