yes - which was very important because we're a condo association and need to vote on the budget (and collect all payments from owners) before signing the contract. So the owners were very happy with how they mapped out the scope and budget.
We are a condo association (6 units) and needed significant exterior work done on our building. Capital was great since they were extremely organized and patient working with a condo association (in which we all needed to vote on budgets, scope, etc). They answered all the questions of the association...
We have used Capital Construction for many years for all types of projects. They are trustworthy, do great work and always follow up. What more could you want from a company?
All the work done was meeting the highest standards. But the recent cost estimates were beyond our budget range.
I was most satisfied with their customer service, attention to detail and knowledge of product.

Office staff
They did the work in a timely manner and notified us of any problems we might have ahead of time and told us what they would do and how much to fix problems before fixing them.
Very professional in their work and once they started did everything in a timely manner. Very satisfied in the work they did
