The quality of the work was excellent.
Capital Construction Contracting was very very professional. They were installing a skylight for me on a nearly flat roof. They handled everything from purchasing the skylight to getting planning permission. It was done extremely quickly (important when a job involves a hole being made in one's roof)....
Communication about the schedule could have been a little better. We had a few different trades working on our home and it wasn't always clear if work would continue immediately when one trade finished or if there would be a break before the next trade began its work. That said, this was not a major...
I was most satisfied with the communication with Jude and Steven. They were extremely responsive, worked in a timely manor, and answered all my questions in away I could understand. They always followed through, and did what they said, when they said it.
I was one of their first customers. My son hired them for a roof job in 2006. They have helped me out many times. I am more than grateful they always come to my rescue.
It is always a pleasure to work with them.
