Best Sales Person..... EVER!!!!! We just purchased our 5th vehicle from Capitol. We love Capitol. One of the reasons is the staff, they always make sure we get the best deal on our trade and loan. The second and most important is our sales person, Joseph Llanos!!! He knows the ins and outs of every vehicle.
