Excellent experience We had just had a horrible experience with another dealer, walked in to Capitol Chevrolet and talk about night and day! We were treated with the utmost respect. From xxxx to Excellent service Although the start of my experience was xxxx. Joseph made it 10xs better. I was working with Tammie Jean originally and she just wasn’t a good listener. She never tried to understand my situation or concerns. I then asked to work with Joseph. I was recommended to him by my aunt. The customer service was completely different! Great Service on my Two Work Trucks - Joey Cardosi Just wanted to put a note out there that Joey in Service helped me through a new transmission on one work truck and through a host of problems on my other work truck. He was very attentive and even called me from his cell phone one day when he was not working just to give me an update on the progress. Would recommend him greatly. Thank you again Joey Cardosi!
