Very customer focused with excellent product and sales skil Greg was very helpful through the entire buying experience and is very knowledgeable regarding Chevy products. I have purchased numerous cars and trucks over the years and Greg was the best sales person I have dealt with.
Program keyless entry I came in a week later after purchasing a used truck in excellent condition. The truck is a 2015 Z71 and was about 6k out of my budget. When I was looking at the truck I was told about all the neat bells and whistles that the truck was able to do. One of those bells was a keyless entry, start the car from the house before getting into it and so on. Great service My service advisor Matt Gomez is the best. I take my 2014 Silverado and my wife's 2016 Buick Enclave to Capitol Chevrolet for service and Matt Gomez always takes great care of me. He stays in touch with me to let me know how things are going and the work is done right and fast and makes sure I always get a loaner.
First new truck Jim Miranda and Donny Harris were complete professionals in helping me purchase my first brand new vehicle. I will definitely return when it's time to purchase another vehicle.
Excellent service on the service drive Just recently, I brought my 2017 Chevy Equinox in for routine maintenance. Mr. Thomas Vasquez, my service advisor greeted me promptly on the service drive. I explained that my car was due for an oil change. Mr. Vasquez assured me that my vehicle would be serviced quickly. And, when I brought it in, it was really dirty! Awesome Customer Service Hands down.......Awesome Customer Service at Capitol. I always schedule an appointment with my service advisor Thomas Vasquez and am always promptly greeted. If I have any questions or concerns he will definitely have an answer for me. Having my camaro serviced is not one of my favorite things to do, but when dealing with someone like Thomas, he somehow makes it a lil bit more pleasant to do! THANKS Thomas!!!
