Awesome salesman! I don't usually do reviews! But this time I thought it was important. I told Kelton that my husband and I was pregnant with twins and needed something spacious and new. I also informed him of our "trade in". Im usually the type to be suspicious of salesmen of any kind, but Kelton was very friendly, kind and honest. Everything Worked Out I have to say that if it was not for Shannon Eichorn and Donnie Harris I probably would not have stayed, and worked out the deal, and that's only because the banks were putting me through it. But Shannon got involved, and Donnie was so nice that I stuck with it I was able to get everything I needed turned in, and it all worked out. GREAT EXPERIENCE This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had, I found a Tahoe on-line and made a phone call. Jim and Andi never pushed but instead worked with me. When I finally had time to come in everyone there was super friendly and it wasn't fake. Jim and Andi greeted me and made me feel appreciated. These people are very knowledgeable of their product. Monty was super at explaining all the features on the inside of the vehicle. In my opinion they are #1 in Customer Satisfaction.
