Giovanni was fantastic at keeping me up to date with my cars progress. He's super nice and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone for an advisor. My only complaint is the 3% charge to use a credit card!! Seriously that's the cost of doing business, and to charge that to a customer is tacky. I own my own business and bake the cc fees into my costs so customers don't have to see it.
