Not only did she answer the property related questions but availed herself as mediator when we had questions for the buyer which did not necessarily pertain to the sale. Candice is the ideal realtor. She is smart, knowledgeable, honest, sophisticated and patient. She never pestered me even though I took a long time to select my unit. She is a hard worker and made me feel like I was her only client. I was buying from out of town so I had to rely on her for a lot of extra research. I got a real good deal on the condo. Caprice was a very accommodating professional throughout my home buying process. She was happy to show me condo's on Friday nights after I got off work, and viewed many units with me until I found the one I eventually purchased.
