Caprice is a very hard worker for the people she serve. Her professionalism is great and she go the extra mile to make your dream come true.
We are very picky buyers and Caprices found us a perfect home. We were able to get our closing costs paid for, but most importantly, we got a 3,000 square foot oasis with a pool and hot tub for $185,000. Our payment is literally going from $4200 per month to $655 per month. WOW!
Caprice did a great job helping my wife and me to find a nice place to rent and we would highly recommend her for leasing, selling or buying a home. She was very patient with us and willing to show us quite a few rentals before we finally signed a lease. She's very friendly, laughs a lot and is very warm. She seems to genuinely enjoy helping people to find and sell homes and rentals.
Caprice was very knowledgable on the homes we viewed. She took her time and listened to my wants and needs as far as what I was looking for!
