Staff is awesome and works with you to make your experience in apartment living an easy transition. Everybody is friendly and understanding. If you have something that needs to be done it may not get done right away depending on how busy maintenance gets but it does get done. Rent is reasonable and thankfully they accept pets. The newly renovated units like mine are awesome n spacious. Its a great place to call home or even your own. I wouldn't live anywhere else. I don’t recommend anyone dealing with this company. They put into place a fee where you have to pay them a non-refundable deposit every time you renew your lease. This on top of a rise in rent. I received my lease renewal offer with this new fee on January 25 (lease was up 3/13). I attempted to speak to someone at the corporate office twice - once by email, once by their website chat system - about the fee. Quite possibly one of the most corrupt and awful property management companies. They are capitalizing off of a global pandemic by not extending lease renewals for people in an effort to bully and force residents to stay in their communities. I understand that one can choose to not renew their lease and default to month by month (aka high rent) while waiting to be able to search for a home, as they were prior to the pandemic halting everything, but that is down right WRONG!
