The apartments are located right across street to Lexington High School. Pros: Great Location. Intersection of Waltham Street and Worthern Rd. Half mile from Lexington Downtown. The Lexington Schools are in top 10 list of MCAS. Very clean and large apartments. Most utilitities are included in the rent. Close to highways I95, Rt 2 and Rt 2A
I am living here since first of this month and the apartments are very good. I live at another place in Woburn for the last six years and can definitly say that these appartments are absolutely superior.
As a resident for 5 years at Captain Parker Arms, I have always found the Management, and-------------- in particular, to be gracious,professional, helpful,polite,careful and thorough. This quiet area is well maintained. Although there are occasional High School students in the parking lots at night , the Lexington Police regularly patrol the property at odd hours to keep it under control....

I'm very happy with my new apartment. Everything from the first day I visited, to the day I moved in, went smoothly. The leasing office is pleasant and very helpful. The condition of my apartment perfect; clean and updated.
We went to the apartment complex yesterday. They look pretty good and the manager was quite friendly. $1600 with all utils included in Lexington is a very deal.
Do NOT recommend. Management or should I say, mismanagement is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are all about $$$. The place is old and run down. The foundation is on wet lands and therefore mold and structure issues exist. Money is put into landscaping to hide the crappy inside. You'd be nuts to sign a lease with these con-artists.
I will agree with the person who wrote the review below. The management treats tennants like misbehaving children. They love to leave pesky little petty notes on your door, however when the A/C breaks on the hottest weekend of the summer, they pretend not to notice. If something goes wrong on a weekend, be careful because they don't give a damn until they get back. The place could burn down on...
I have lived at Captain Parker Arms since 2002. Since Dolben took over the quality of management has steadily deteriorated. The management treats tenants like misbehaving children. They also have no respect for tenant rights. After having made it very clear that I did not want anyone in my unit without my presence, they continued to enter without permission.
