I'm looking to move out. Management is difficult to deal with, the complex is over 40 years old, and there are mold, noise, floor, storage and air conditioning issues. Management is often slow to address problems or effect repairs. From what I've heard, you would be much better off at Katahdin, Lexington Ridge, Lexington Hills, or Battle Green apartments, to name a few.
The rating of 2/14/2007 looks suspiously like it was written by the on-site manager. Don't believe it. The management attitude is snippy, vindictive and negative to every resident request. Partly because of a behind-the-scenes ownership feud, the management company (Dolben) has succeeded in turning a wonderful home for long-term residents into a transient apartment complex. Rents keep going...
