Great 👍. Let me know if there were issues with replacement parts and kept me apprised as to issues out of their control. When completed were fast to let me know. Washed and detailed my car beautifully when got there to pick her up.
First the people incredibly nice and understanding, I would say empathetic as to the problem and feelings you go through with an accident. When they first looked at the vehicle they took the time to explain how the process worked, all the time lines of each step. They made it easy to work with them and followed up just like they said they would. Great people lucky to have them. I work at a repair shop and learned a lot from your people thank you.
