I want to say thank you to Paul and the team at Car Crafters. I am 100& please with the repairs on my truck. It's not often you find people that car about your personal satisfaction, they do here.! Upon pick up of my vehicle, I realized they went the extra mile and cleaned the exterior and interior.
Took my 2023 Corolla here after it was hit in a parking lot and needed the passenger side rear quarter panel, tail light and bumper replaced. I was very concerned because I had been told by several people that the Black Mica paint color would be impossible to match exactly. Car Crafters did not pay any attention to those naysayers because the repair looks great and the paint is PERFECTLY MATCHED! This place has horrible customer service and is an insurance only scam. I think I might be the last to find out considering it’s always empty. Probably a cover business. I was treated very rude by the mask- wearing receptionist (in 2025) obviously democrats. Also a little scary goblin looking lady came out from the back to rudely kick me out, for asking a question amidst my short visit. Very scary. Would not recommend.
After being in a car accident, they found more damage then I expected. Professional and awesome customer service. My whole front end that was damaged. Looks just as new as the day I bought my car. I am impressed Looks better than I expected. I was a tad bugged because it did take a little longer than the estimated time, however after seeing my car restored, it was well worth the wait.
