Took my car in after a crash and dash in Walmart parking lot. Someone backed into my parked car, damaged right rear bumper and tail light and took off. Bumper and lights replaced no problem. The paint on the primered bumper they received started lifting after my repair. I took it back and Lance and Paul assured me they would make it right. They ordered a new bumper and did a wonderful job with minimal down time for my vehicle. Like it never happened!
You guys are always professional, knowledgeable, and polite! Don't change a thing!!!

The workmanship was fantastic - truly "as if it never happened". The business / office side needs some fine tuning. The final cost was double the estimate. Yes, insurance paid for it, but I really don't appreciate an estimate so far off actual. In addition, I was told I would get a call to inform on progress. I never received a call. A week into having my car, I dropped by to get something I needed out of the glove box and was told - "oh, you can't do that, the car is in final detailing and we'll be done later today."
