Paid over $100 dollars to wait for over a month for what I did not order. I received a new vehicle registration when I ordered a Duplicate Vehicle Title. I submitted to exact paperwork and even reiterated in multiple emails back and forth that I needed a “Duplicate Title”. I have emailed/called with no answer or reply.
I just still waiting the car registration,I have a month and I still waiting so I can move my car cause today is april 21 and I cant move my car
I emailed like 2 times and called like 20 and never got a response. Horrible
I've never received my tags

Second year I didn’t get my tags and had to reach out to get them. I’m appalled by the rep that I contacted. Who may I speak with regarding their service?
Response times did not meet what is advertised. Contacted support and never got a response. No customer service and had to make a trip to DMV anyway.
Super confusing. Unnecessarily, confusing. Think about a simplifying and giving better explanations when information is missing. Lots of work to do...
