The overall experience with the company was above and beyond, especially since this was during the Covid 19 pandemic. I wish I could say the same for the DMV who totally botched the request and we would still be waiting for the registration. CarRegistration, Inc. on the other hand gave us the guidance we needed to resolve our issue and how we should proceed with the registration/pink slip which worked out perfectly. Super easy process. They helped me register my motorcycle and get my new pink slip through the mail. Definitely recommend their services to anyone who's interested in registering a vehicle online. I was worried about online scammers, but CarRegistration was AWESOME! They did exactly what they claimed they would do, they did it fast, and now my OHV is registered and I didn't need to waste time at the DMV! The service fee was totally worth it. The speed was amazing too since I was in a big hurry. they are a real company based out of Sacramento area with local California people working there, and I can attest to the quality and reliability of this service.

Would give them 10 stars if I could. Used their service during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not by any fault of their own, the title transfer was delayed/held back by the DMV. I reached out to them for their assistance sorting it out as all DMV's were closed and not taking appointments. Was throughly impressed with their service dealing with this matter.Their follow though was second to none. They stayed on top of it and got it all sorted out. Got my new title today.
